Mrs. Prieto has experience in first and third party insurance litigation defense, including coverage disputes, bad faith, construction defects, personal injuries, and real estate matters. Her clients included individuals and small businesses throughout Texas. Mrs. Prieto has also represented clients in transactional matters including: incorporation, guaranty agreements, noncompete agreements, and stockholders agreements.
