Ms. Ries has a wide range of legal experience with a focus on commercial litigation, business transactions, and regulatory compliance. Her clients have included small businesses and individuals throughout Texas. Ms. Ries has worked on cases that include breach of contract, collections, business disputes, construction defects, and commercial motor vehicle injury defense. She has drafted, negotiated, and reviewed corporate documents, business agreements, and employment contracts. Ms. Ries is also involved with pro bono work.
