Joshua Nelson-Archer represents both plaintiffs and defendants and has litigated on behalf of clients throughout Texas in state and federal courts. Josh’s practice primarily focuses on personal injury, construction defects, professional liability for engineers/architects/insurance agents/real estate brokers, commercial disputes, contractual disputes, oilfield accidents, premises liability and employment matters. In addition to an active trial docket, Josh has handled appeals all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Josh represents clients ranging from national telecommunications companies to individuals injured at national retail store locations. Handling cases for both plaintiffs and defendants provides Josh a unique perspective in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of each case. Josh handles every case by focusing on the key issues that will make a difference at trial. Josh firmly believes that outstanding client results can only be achieved by aggressive, focused client representation.

In addition to an active litigation docket, Josh is a Texas mediator and a registered FINRA arbitrator. Josh is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Arkansas as well as in United States District Courts, Southern and Eastern District of Texas, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Josh graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Economics and from St. Mary’s School of Law.
