Terria Hutchinson has a diverse civil litigation practice that spans both state and federal courts handling a variety of personal injury litigation, construction defects litigation, and premises liability claims. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Hutchinson spent her previous six years working as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney in various areas such as medical malpractice, wrongful death, employment and labor, sexual assault, car accidents, and Title IX claims.

Ms. Hutchinson was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2011. She is also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.

Ms. Hutchinson received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was a Board of Director in the Student Bar Association and vice-president of the Black Law Students Association.

Ms. Hutchinson currently lives in Houston where she is an active member of the Junior League of Houston, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, visiting local museums, going to the theatre, and spending time with her family and friends.
