Mr. Hartman handles a variety of civil litigation matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Hartman attended Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended South Texas College of Law Houston where he earned his law degree. While in law school, Mr. Hartman served as an officer on the Board of Advocates and competed in numerous appellate advocacy tournaments where he won best brief honors. Additionally, Mr. Hartman clerked for Disability Rights Texas and was a student attorney for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
Duly admitted and licensed to practice in all Courts of the State of Texas.
